1Information we collect
When you order from Tuktec we collect what we need to deliver it: your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email.
We also keep your order history and, when you browse, basic technical data such as your device and the pages you visit, to keep the site working well.
2How we use it
We use your details to process and deliver your orders, to contact you about them, to answer your questions and to improve our shop.
With your permission we may send you offers; you can stop them at any time.
3Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to complete your order — for example your name, phone and address with our delivery partner, and payment details with the payment gateway you choose.
We never sell your personal information.
4Cookies
Cookies keep your cart and sign-in working and help us understand how the shop is used. You can turn them off in your browser, though some features may stop working.
5Keeping it safe
Your data is stored on secure servers and only our team can reach it. Online payments are handled by the payment gateway; we never see or store your card or mobile wallet PIN.
6Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you — contact us at +8801747229060 or info@tuktec.com.
