1. Delivery Areas

We deliver all over Bangladesh through our courier partners.

2. Delivery Time

Inside Dhaka: 1-2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days. Delivery time may vary due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on selected offers and promotions.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours (1 business day) after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation once your order is shipped.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order status from My Orders in your account, or via the public Track Order page using your order number.
