Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with all accessories and tags intact to be eligible for a return.

2. Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned after this period may not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Go to My Orders, select the delivered order, and click "Request Return". Our support team will contact you to arrange pickup or drop-off.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Personal care items, opened consumables, and items marked "final sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
