Welcome to TukTec. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The product is damaged during shipping.
You received the wrong item.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
The product has been used, damaged, or modified by the customer.
The original packaging, accessories, or invoice is missing.
The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
The product was damaged due to misuse, water damage, or accidental damage.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Your order number
Photos or a short video showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be sent using the original payment method or another agreed payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), TukTec will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind or customer error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers must follow the return procedure after delivery.
7. Warranty
Warranty coverage, if applicable, is mentioned on the individual product page. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.
